Green and bright like the Irish landscape, elegant and brut like the fabric symbol of the English-class man. The spirit of Creed's Green Irish Tweed emanates from these two antithetical images, harmoniously orchestrated to evoke the moorland and heather-covered moors beaten by the wind of the Atlantic island and, in contrast, the reassuring warm and protective effluvium of a fabric which was originally used by shepherds and fishermen to shelter themselves from the cold and wind.
